1. Book a service for a heating light problem
2. Agree to pay ~6.5k for it
3. Then recommended suspension work and service
3. Agree to pay ~26k
4. Fraud starts now !

14. Call your service manager - says sound was there before I send the car ???? From no sound , to sound only in my building , to sound was already there
15. Sound wasn’t there before ! I had paid to get this sound sorted in my last sector with you in December

10. Called to workshop , told sound is only in my complex
11. Ask to send car home . Mechanic comes , go go test drive again for 2-3 kms , sound all over
12. Go to workshop wirh mechanic , now head mechanic sits with me for trial

5. Driver comes for delivery
6. Taking trail wirh driver , report there ia echo like sound in the car and send back . We trial for 2-3 kms outside on rod
7. Next day Service manager refuses there is sound
8. Am asked to go to workshop for trial
