@RevolutApp hey how come when sender's send to our old revolut GB Ibans and they get automatically resent the money my sender has not received their money back yet
Im only a student, barely paying my time in london stuck here, and i have this voucher i cant use this month to get out i am desprate , i only bought that ticket to flee before lockdown but instezs i just put all my money on that renderred useless voucher
@easyJet how is it fair that after you cancel flights you very unclearly explain the refund policy, and making our attempts at a refund nill because we took the voucher thinking we wont see our moneys worth and then all your flights out of london have been canceled this month!

@RevolutApp have been blocked out my account for a week. Revolut take 3 days to respond I have sent them all information needed. Please respond the customer service is the worst I have ever seen
@SSagawe @RevolutApp Same happned to be and they told me its an issue that happened between the 17th and 20th of august, no transparency and same scriptic answer of itll be resolved shortly, like a few months is that enough for yoh revolut? #revolut#revolutbetterhavenymoney
@RevolutApp Over 1 week leaving customers without funds!?!? This is not what I expect from a financial institution. I honestly had been pushing for our team to sign up with you. Obviously, this has made it a no go.
@RevolutApp I am slightly concerned that it has been 1 week and my salary has not been released by Revolut into my account. My bills won’t be paid by the answer, “We are having technical problems”. Come on Revolut, I am having to pay late payment fees and scrape for groceries.
@JunketerNatBoo @RevolutApp Yes and same happened to me and @cryptokakke, getting the same scripted answer from agents and more than a week delay with money is crazy, always loved revolut but this has totally sabotaged that trust.
@RevolutApp Your support has been unresponsive since aug 10. I’ve sent messages here and in-app and the most I get is a DM here saying it’s been prioritised and the relevant team will get back - but they haven’t for two over two weeks now.
@Lbkali27 @RevolutApp they at least could check our proof of Transfer and manually update balances to the people that really need It. In my case i dont have money to buy food.. jesus

@cryptokakke @RevolutApp true,any kind of solution, because of covid I can't pay with cash on public transport, so I am stuck in a city until this is resolved, everything is disrupted. after all they do have our funds, the money is there, but for some technical problem WE HAVE TO RESORT TO BEGGING.
@RevolutApp I have contacted you through your in app chat every day now to get the same answer, I was happy to receive the email yesterday saying ''Your EUR payment should be with you soon!'' to wake up to yet again NOTHING.
@CheggHelp , hi chegg, I used your services half a year ago for a couple of tutoring sessions and I was susbscriped as pay as you go plan, but now I see I have been charged monthly 96 dollars for 240 minutes, I cant see or used minutes on my account, help!!!
