Worst customer experience: @DB_Bahn. Do not buy the German Rail Pass Youth Pass Flexi. It is a fiasco. Never received it and no one from @DB_Bahn to help. Service Ctr never picks up the phone.

@DB_Bahn Yes, he can travel, but I have already spent 411€ on DB (188+233), and seeing the bad service, I patience is already gone!! I just want the 188€ back (100% refund, and not the 85% you state in your site - at this point I do not care about DB policy).
