@wyorkcsub@JMaddern_CSUB@csubted Hey William, I'll have to look into this quest for my project. Looking forward to expanding my toolset thanks to your recommendation!
@IsabelM_CSUB @JMaddern_CSUB@csubted Hey Isabel, I've really enjoyed exploring an gaining a more in depth understanding of Goggle Siters as well. This tool will be useful for me in the future for certain as a potential assignment, but also as a way of connecting with students.
@JMaddern_CSUB@csubted A4: The most rewarding quest for me was Quest 22: Collaborating on Padlet. I enjoyed using this program as an alternative to Google Slides and organizing as part of the burgeoning network I've connected to was very satisfying.
@JenayCalender@JMaddern_CSUB@csubted Hey Jenay, Another similar tech tool I've found interesting is Padlet. I think having a mix of programs that accomplish similar goals is important for keeping our students engaged in assignments.
@KenRudyCadiz@JMaddern_CSUB@csubted Hey Kenneth, I agree Google slides and the rest of the Google Drive programs are essential to our classrooms. Students can easily display their understanding or struggles through these programs.
@JMaddern_CSUB@csubted A3: The Google Drive programs are essential to the modern classroom. Student who make Slides presentations and write essays through Docs display listening, writing, and speaking skills that display their understanding of subject matter covered.
@lhall14_csub@JMaddern_CSUB@csubted Hey Lori, I'm excited to explore ClassDojo. Recently created an account for TechQuest and it seems like a really easy way to connect with students and the community that surrounds our classrooms.
@IsabelM_CSUB @JMaddern_CSUB@csubted Hey Isabel, I agree that twitter and other social media has improved the classroom experience by making networks and professional relationships more connected.
@JMaddern_CSUB@csubted A2: @Zoom is the answer for me. Zoom connected students and teachers across the world during the tumultuous COVID 19 pandemic. The simple invite system along with developments in recordings and breakout rooms simulates the classroom well.
@Jietongzhang@JMaddern_CSUB@csubted Hey Jietong! I also appreciate the range of technologies we're learning in this class. There's a lot of tools I'm collecting that I can use in the future! #csubEDTE4200
@j_moreno63 @JMaddern_CSUB@csubted Hey Jorge! I've enjoyed using Flip too! It makes the long distance learning seem a little more like a real classroom and lends us faces to the names we are interacting with.
Excited about all the new programs, platforms, and tools I've explored through TechQuest this week and what will continue to learn in EDTE 4200. Thank you for this opportunity! #csubedte4200#csubted
