The Minnesota ICE shooting of Renee Nicole Good has exposed a ton of cowards on X.

I don’t care about feelings only facts and U.S. law.

Let me break this down point by point:
We overwhelmingly voted Trump in to carry out mass deportations.

That requires:
A) Securing the border and deporting new crossers

B) Aggressive interior enforcement

What no one in government wants to admit: For decades, presidents and DHS avoided large scale interior operations purely for political reasons, fear of riots, protests, polling drops, and midterm losses in blue cities.

Trump is the first to actually fund it, remove the shackles, sue/penalize sanctuary cities, and let ICE do their job without interference.

This is the inevitable result of kicking the can down the road on immigration enforcement for years: widespread fraud, eroded national identity, and third world loyalties placed above America.

The band-aid has finally been ripped off.
Renee Good (a U.S. citizen) was not the target, but she impeded ICE while they were arresting illegal aliens.

Her wife yelled “drive away” as Good accelerated toward the agents, attempting to ram/run over Officer Jonathan Ross (an ICE veteran with a prior incident where he was dragged by a vehicle).

Ross fired in self-defense; he suffered internal bleeding to the torso.

That’s felony impeding/assaulting a federal officer (18 U.S.C. § 111) plus using a vehicle as a deadly weapon (up to 20 years).

Now, here’s what the left needs to accept:

Because immigration enforcement hasn’t been properly enforced for decades, many people have forgotten we even have immigration laws.

This has emboldened foolish liberals (some of them U.S. citizens) to believe they can interfere with ICE officers doing their jobs.

Let that sink in.

If someone walked into a store, stole something, ignored police commands, and then tried to run over a cop with a car, they’d be shot, and everyone would call them an idiot.

But when it comes to immigration, stupid progressives think they can impede law enforcement because they don’t see illegal aliens as “illegal.”
And that’s the core problem.

We’ve allowed illegal aliens and brain-dead progressives to lecture us that our laws aren’t justified, substituting moral arguments for black-and-white facts.

Am I celebrating her death?

No, it’s tragic. I pray for her children and family.

Let this be a lesson: Don’t commit felonies against federal agents, especially with a vehicle.

To the foreigners chiming in:

Shut up about U.S. use-of-force policy. You have no Second Amendment, no understanding of imminent-threat doctrine, and your 20/20 hindsight “analysis” holds zero weight in any American court.

I was watching Destiny @The_OmniLiberaI say Kamala Harris is better for immigration than Trump on a Jubilee video, so I had to make this tweet.

Before I make my argument, let me be clear, I know many of you hate Destiny.

However, we have a good and respectful professional relationship.

We disagree on virtually everything, but if you're here to see me bash the man it won't happen here.

Ok, so let's get into this:

I spent 5 years of my career as a Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) Special Agent on the border in Laredo, TX.

There are 4 main agencies that enforce immigration in the US.

They are:
1. Border Patrol (BP)
2. Customs and Border Protection (CBP)
3. ICE-Enforcement and Removal
4. HSI

There are 2 primary ways illegal migrants are removed from the US post apprehension/arrest.

1. Expedited Removal (ER)
2. Notice to Appear (NTA)

Under the Trump administration, almost every illegal migrant that was apprehend by BP or CBP got an ER.

ERs quickly remove migrants from the US (within 2 weeks) without burdening our immigration system and courts.

Conversely, one of the most burdening ways to put someone into immigration proceedings after being apprehended was a NTA which was often accompanied by a Release On Own Recognisance (ROR).

This process is referred to as a NTA-ROR in the immigration world.

NTA RORs used to be the most difficult things to get approved by management, and were reserved for aliens that had VALID claims of asylum, or were witnesses in serious criminals cases.

The migrant must also give a current address where they will be and a sponsor.

This would be so DHS could send them a summons later when their court date arrived in immigration court.

This often takes YEARS, hence why no one likes to give NTA RORs. No agent wants their name attached to an illegal alien for years that could commit a crime later.

This process worked perfectly to ensure only the most important of asylum or criminal cases had NTA RORs attached.

Now that you know what an ER is vs a NTA ROR, let's go into what's happening on the border.

Under Trump, almost every alien apprehended was getting an ER.

Under Biden/Harris, almost every alien is getting a NTA ROR with no oversight.

On top of that there is a CBP app that allows migrants access to travel to whichever destination they put in their NTA ROR paperwork which could be any address.

Also we pay for their trip with tax dollars.

BP can't contact every sponsor for thousands of daily migrants entering the country to ensure the migrants will be there.

So now you can see why we have a border crisis.

This is just ONE of many problems on the border that was put in place under Biden and Harris.

Hope this helps you know where each candidate are stands on immigration because 99% of Americans DON'T know this.

2. There is literally no underlying crime even referenced.  Furthermore, President Trump has not been charged or convicted of any underlying crime. There is not crime.  In fact, this is entirely unconstitutional.
