Youth from Pimpri-Chinchwad will gain access to livelihoods through credible information, career counseling, vocational skills, placement, and post-placement support. Continuing our efforts to empower our youth and foster sustainable economic growth, the #PCMC is embarking on a large-scale, demand-led, livelihood maximization project to connect the youth of Pimpri-Chinchwad with job placements and ongoing skill training and support.

'Kaushalyam - Youth and Business Growing Together' is a collaborative project with the Lighthouse Communities Foundation and supported by Michael & Susan Dell Foundation, India, The Aspen Institute, Accenture, Atlas Copco, and eClerx. It aims to bridge the gap between youth aspirations and industry demand, creating shared value for all stakeholders in the city. In the next three years, the various programs under Kaushalyam will positively impact the lives and livelihoods of over 35,000 youth from low-income and underserved communities in the PCMC.
