@JeffPassan I think baseball is all about rhythm. And the Mets were riding a hot streak, and this extra day did not help them. Looked rusty, lost, and completely outmatched. Dodgers are a better team, but the extra days off for a team riding a high probably didn't help.
@Amtrak, it's the 21st century. If you're gonna offer wi-fi on your trains make it work. Don't give us this bs "speeds based on number of passengers connected to network". Airports, Hotels, Casinos, Planes, heck even Disney has accessible and consistent public wifi.
@damienwoody The concern for some of us (who may be a bit more level-headed) is a lot of the struggles are technical not situational or experiential. Missed throws, bad timing, etc. are not things we had to deal with Darnold. He just made stupid decisions. Are we off on those judgements?
@jetsxfactor Like really? You'd never know with the lack of success we've had with the ground game. Poor @8kMike and Ty Johnson never get a chance to hit the second level.
Here's your yearly reminder that it's socially acceptable to start listening to Christmas/Holiday/Winter/whatever else you call it music as of now!
Go and be Merry!
@Djbienaime Again, it's a good throw. And I'm happy with his performance today. But there's numerous throws (including this one) that are underthrown. Whether he's on the run or not. Look at the Corey Davis PI throw. 4 yards behind him that he has to stop and box out for.
@Djbienaime Too bad it's underthrown, like a good number of his throws. Good throw. But if it's placed right, he catches Cole in stride and that's a TD
