This is a scam email - do not respond, and delete immediately.
Advice for the housing, construction & building maintenance industries:

Don't rely on seeing airborne dust to decide if there is an issue, as fine respirable-sized particles are not easily seen. If dust is visible in the air, or the workplace is contaminated with settled dust, airborne dust concentration is likely to be greater than exposure limits.
When we know so much about the danger of lead why do so many still risk their health and that of their families and others by ignoring the facts? Check before disturbing any lead containing materials!
