🚨 Welcome Obelignathus! A true heavyweight ("heavy jaw") among rhabdodontomorph #ornithopods! 🚨

It’s been a while since @LCzepinski and I began working on European #rhabdodontomorphs, so it’s great to see this out!

🦴Check out our new paper describing the internal anatomy of the long-necked tanysaurians, showing that bizarre inner vertebral anatomy is not restricted to dinosaurs and pterosaurs.

This is part of the PhD work of Adam Rytel. Watch out for much more!

🚨 New #dinosaur paper! 🚨

In our new study, led by @LCzepinski and published in @ZoolJLinnSoc, we redescribe the truly bizarre ornithischian dinosaur #Ajkaceratops kozmai from the Late #Cretaceous European archipelago!

We are grateful to the students, volunteers and the local community who were extremely kind and helped us during the fieldwork in Miedary!

In addition to that, there is an enigmatic armored archosauromorph, a detailed description of which will be published in the future.
