I never thought it would come to this but @amazon has disappointed me beyond belief. For a company that provides incredible convenience to its customers, they have the WORST customer service ever. I can’t seem to get anyone’s attention to help me fix what is going on. Ignored

@American airlines you should really encourage your in-flight service staff to be friendly. I took flight 719 today from FCO to PHL & was offended by their rudeness. If they don’t want to provide friendly service then they should find another job and I’ll find another airline!

I travel with great frequency for both work and pleasure and find @Delta airlines has the worst customer service around. I'm so disgusted!
