@OctopusEnergy I removed my old device (ev car I no longer own) on the app, tried adding a new device, chose polestar as the ev, chose podpoint and the type for the charger, did what it said in the polestar energy app and now nothing… no tests etc how do I get connected please?

@VodafoneUK We need help pls. hubby’s phone not receiving calls but can make them. He has full bars of 4G reception. Spoken to 2 Vodafone reps who have both reset line but still no calls come through. Have done all troubleshooting - We are abroad and needing to receive calls!!

@LeShuttle I don’t even know where to start but we have been treated with zero respect today… we’ve been here 10 hours, 3 hours stuck in a sheep pen, eaten chips, chocolate & crisps only… 2 kids and a dog, absolute nightmare & there’s no way out! So so so upset right now!

@LeShuttle OMG nightmare morning… 3 hour delay, only 1 location in the terminal has food (sandwiches etc), 25+ min queues to get anything in terminal, 2 children, 1 dog and a husband all in bad mood and 6 hour drive at the other end! Got a free bottle of water though!
