@Moonchild_hhr @RFFMRCY @NowlinMiddle I did not make it, it was supplied by ruffmercy in his Adobe tutorial. I imagine it a lot of layers of similar backgrounds with some brushwork, coloration & perhaps automations applied then exported as video. I myself would a tutorial on best ways to achieve it.
