Following intensive talks, we are pleased to announce that the Peace Deal between the United States of America and Islamic Republic of Iran has been REACHED. Both sides have declared the immediate and permanent termination of military operations on all fronts, including in Lebanon.

The official signing ceremony will be on Friday, 19 June in Switzerland.

We would like to thank the United States of America and the Islamic Republic of Iran for their commitment to finding a diplomatic solution to the conflict. We would also like to extend our sincere appreciation to our brothers in this mediation effort, the great leadership of State of Qatar, for their support in reaching this agreement. I would also especially thank the visionary leadership of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Republic of Türkiye for their immense contributions in this regard.

With the agreement now in place, mediators will facilitate a series of meetings this week. These pre-implementation discussions will lay the foundation for the technical talks and the official signing ceremony.

معاویہ کو حضرت عثمان نے خلیفہ بنتے ہی شام کے ساتھ ساتھ حمص ، فلسطین ، اردن اور لبنان کی گورنر شپ بھی دے دی تھی
یعنی معاویہ کو تقریباً آدھی ریاست کا حاکم بنا دیا تھا
دوسری طرف مروان بن حکم کو حضرت عثمان نے مدینہ واپس لا کر اپنا سیکرٹری بھی مقرر کیا
اپنا داماد بھی بنایا
اور مروان کو غیر معمولی اختیارات بھی دئیے
سب سے بڑا سوال یہ ہے
کہ باغیوں نے حضرت عثمان کا محاصرہ پورے چالیس دن کئے رکھا
معاویہ چاہتا تو حضرت عثمان کو بچانے آ سکتا تھا ، مگر وہ نہیں آیا
دوسری طرف مروان بھی چاہتا تو حضرت عثمان کو بچا سکتا تھا
بنو امیہ کے دیگر طاقتور سردار بھی تھے
جو ذاتی حیثیت میں باغیوں کا مقابلہ کر سکتے تھے
مگر ان میں سے کوئی بھی حضرت عثمان کو بچانے کیلئے نہیں آیا
وہی معاویہ جو امیر المومنین مولا علی علیہ السلام کے مقابلے میں نوے ہزار کا لشکر لے کر پہنچ گیا تھا
وہ حضرت عثمان کو بچانے کیلئے پانچ ہزار سپاہی بھی نہ لا سکا
بنو امیہ نے جان بوجھ کر حضرت عثمان کو قتل ہونے دیا
اور پھر حضرت عثمان کے قتل پر سیاست کر کے اقتدار میں آئے
اور نوے سال حکومت کی
اور اپ حیران ہوں گے
کہ حضرت عثمان کے پانچ جوان بیٹے تھے
ان میں سے ایک کو بھی کبھی کوئی عہدہ نہ دیا
حتی کہ حضرت سعید بن عثمان بن عفان نے یزید کے مقابلے میں خود کو منتخب کرنے کا کہا تو معاویہ نے صاف انکار کر دیا
حضرت عثمان کے یوم شہادت پہ مذہبی سیاست کرنے والے مولوی آپ کو ہزاروں باتیں سنائیں گے
مگر حضرت عثمان کی شہادت میں بنو امیہ کے کردار پر کبھی بات نہیں کریں گے
حالانکہ حضرت عثمان کی اہلیہ حضرت نائلہ نے مروان کو براہ راست حضرت عثمان کا قاتل ڈکلیئر کیا تھا
اور یہ وہی مروان ہے کہ جسے معاویہ نے مدینہ کا گورنر بنایا تھا
