还是贺知章的命最好，一辈子基本都活在唐朝的上行期。等到盛世的隐忧真正浮现之前，他已经功成身退了。

李白差一些。安史之乱爆发的时候他还在世，前半生见尽盛唐气象，晚年却卷进永王之乱，被流放夜郎。好在他去世得也不算太晚，没有再熬很多年去看那个帝国一步步走向衰败。

相比之下，杜甫就是个苦命人了。

年轻时见过开元盛世，中年正是想酬志、想真正做点事的时候，却偏偏赶上了大唐见顶。四十多岁，安史之乱爆发，从此就是兵乱、逃难、贫病、漂泊。

他这一辈子真正相对安稳、舒服一点的日子，大概也就是成都草堂那几年。

到晚年，写的那首《江南逢李龟年》，足以见得他对那个逝去时代的感慨：

“岐王宅里寻常见，
崔九堂前几度闻。
正是江南好风景，
落花时节又逢君。”

再过很多年，安史之乱早已平息，但盛唐气象再也无法重现。元稹写：

“寥落古行宫，
宫花寂寞红。
白头宫女在，
闲坐说玄宗。”

经常在社交媒体上看到很多人回忆经济上行期，我就会想到元稹这首《行宫》。

经历过经济上行期的“老宫女”，给没经历过那个时代的“小宫女”讲昔日的繁华，讲那时候机会很多、大家都相信明天会更好。

“白头宫女在，闲坐说玄宗。”

大概就是这种感觉。

最近中国出了一个很大的反制招数:制裁RBA，不接受所谓的西方供应链审查了。
事情大了，但美国给不出任何回应，要大败了。开端是美国制裁中国公司，说是和新疆有关，非常离谱，实在是黔
驴技穷。
2026年7月31日，美国国土安全部把43家中国企业放进实体清单，洽洽瓜子、思念水饺、七匹狼，极为荒唐。
美国逻辑是，美国有权搞供应链审查，进口商必须拿出材料“自证清白”，以前是不少中国公司要拿材料证明供应链和新疆无关。这显然是美国在“无代价”地折腾中国公司，以前就多次拿新疆说事，全都是造谣。美国人也知道自己在造谣，就是不要脸了。
其中一个最大的供应链审查机构，就是RBA(Responsible Business Alliance,责任商业联盟+)。原名叫EICC+(电子行业公民联盟)，包括苹果、戴尔、惠普、IBM、英特尔、微软等几乎所有西方科技巨头。
RBA制定了一套通行全球的“供应链社会责任审核”标准，覆盖电子、零售、汽车、玩具等行业。想进入这些巨头的供应链，RBA审核就是事实上的准入门槛。
还有一个负责审核矿产供应链的，叫RMI，是RBA下面的子机构。RMI是按所谓“冲突矿产”法规来审查，确保矿产来源不敏感。全球大多数大公司依赖RMI的审计来证明其矿产合规。
那中国公司为了进入这些公司的全球供应链，就把自己的供应链情况摊开来让查，花了很大代价。这其实是非常损害国家主权的行为，但以前为了做生意就忍了。中国企业为了出口合规，被迫邀请RBA合规官来中国"监督”，自证与新疆无关。RBA在全球有1158个审查分支，其中四分之一在中国。
现在中国出手了，一句话:拒绝和RBA合作。2026年8月5日商务部发布公告，反制RBA等6家美国实体，列入反制清单，禁止境内组织、个人与其进行交易、合作等活动。这是很大一招，中国公司必须遵守中国法规，不能让RBA查了，这是确定的。西方公司有两个选择，一个是继续遵守RBA标准，按RBA的要求，和中国公司断绝来往，等于主动放弃中国供应链。一个是继续用中国供应链，就实质上退出RBA约束，会有美国一些法案的制裁风险，但那是美国人的事了。
这事就是摊牌了，类似2025年4月和美国关税战摊牌对抗了，属于中国越来越多的摊牌行为。要搞事，那就往大里搞，看谁抗不住。这事是属于美国彻底撒谎欺骗没有道理，中国占了全部的理，要斗争那就斗到底了。手套扔下了，看美国公司、美国政府怎么接招了。
为什么老钟现在敢用这种掀桌子的手段，一方面是以前实力不到，另一方面西方真的是太拉了，从2016年喊要去中国供应链，结果到2026年对中国供应链的依赖越来越深，在这种情况下当然要重拳出击，让国外企业去二选一吧，看到底是谁离不开谁。
