It’s awful but I remain fascinated by how pro-Israel American journalists, who allegedly pride themselves on their rationality and pursuit of facts, are.
They are just living in an entirely different reality and ignore all available evidence to the contrary on one single issue.
CNN has many "journalists" who, in fact, are loyalists of Israel, and brazenly exploit their platform -- which they pretend is "neutral" -- in service to this foreign country.
Dana Bash, Jake Tapper, Van Jones and Scott Jennings are examples, but she's one of the most glaring:
The national Democratic party faces a cruel dilemma in Michigan. It's attempting to resolve the dilemma by pretending that the entire problem is the campaign surrogate who explicitly threatened Jews. But the surrogate became a surrogate in the first place because of a larger climate of tolerance - or worse - of anti-Jewish violence among the candidates who used the surrogate.
How can CNN’s Dana Bash pretend to be an objective journalist anymore? From her recent appearance on Bill Maher to her interviews with lawmakers, Bash doesn’t even attempt to hide her pro-Israel bias. Plus, WashPost’s Karen Attiah speaks to Zeteo after being rehired.
Hillary Scholten made a literal commercial for Israel when she was on her $29,834.92 all expense paid trip to Israel in 2023. You can find it on AIPAC’s YOUTUBE channel.
Really disappointing from Meeks. I cannot believe he actually opposes the war in Iran if he puts one of the only Dems who supported the war in Iran in charge of the subcommittee responsible for it.
Dems are counting on people not noticing how they approach governing. Appointments on HFAC are a signal of what the party cares about and the disregard for war crimes and voter concerns could not be clearer.
