I don't know whose 'fault' this is, but it's the lived reality for many and will cause deaths. Government can't just talk this situation away, banal rhetoric won't cure people. We CANNOT move into being a society where all our problems and fears are to be discussed virtually.

Reality v official opinion on GP's. Mine are strangers to me, they do not know or understand me. It takes 3 weeks to get a phone appointment. I can only book online, no discussion on why I want to actually see someone. I don't know what they've been doing, not vaccines!
