For nearly a decade, some staff at South Lanarkshire College have had excessive pension payments deducted from their wages - all because the college didn't properly update their systems, and then managed to not notice all this time.

And it's probably worth noting that when I asked the college how much it expected all this to cost, they didn't answer the question.
