Last night, approx 8:22pm @tfl @northgreenwichstation I saw a large group of young men on roller skates push through the barriers without paying them rush @GreggsOfficial and steal food and drink. This is not the first time. Where is the security for staff and shops?

@Waterstones I will think twice about going to the book fest again. It was badly organised and with the exception of one person, staff I asked for assistance were less than helpful and seemed not to now where any of the books my daughter wanted signed were.

Update please: Asbestos was found on the roof of my flat in May. The contractors immediately downed tools. It’s now August and still we have scaffolding and no sign of the asbestos team let alone any repairs. DM for address

When will your asbestos team will get around to removing asbestos from my block of flat’s roof? Scaffolding has been up since March, roofing contractors downed tools in May after just two weeks work, the council issued the job for the asbestos removal 1 July

@Royal_Greenwich This wonderful sight greeted me this morning - rubbish dumped in and around the communal steps to my block of flats - and it isn’t the first time - I have more photos taken on different days. Would the council care to do anything about it?

actually know what hemiplega is or how it effects your balance and mobility? Just because I’m not in a wheelchair doesn’t mean I can use stairs, or that I don’t need someone to help me to my seat. I’m furious

Do @ATGTICKETS actually know what hemiplega is? I’m furious, p***ed off and really upset, especially as the form itself was repetitive and as such kind of upsetting and mildly offensive to complete in the first place.

Hi @tflbus as a disabled person (non wheelchair) can I just say how very difficult it is to get out of your busses when your drivers pull in like this, don’t even attempt to pull alongside the kerb?

Hi @tfl any update on promised disability access at Knightsbridge? I was told a lift would be insitu 2024. I pass the station daily and can’t see any evidence that work has even begun yet

@TfL It also indicates @TfL do not consider disability a priority., nor do they seem to understand that accessibility means ‘access for all’ and stairs can in no way be considered accessible to everyone

@TfL promised a new, accessible entrance to Knightsbridge Station. Fast forward a couple of years and new might be, improved it certainly isn’t. Where is the accessibility I was promised? No lift, just stairs. Not what I’d call disability friendly.

@TfL Thanks for the update. My question is why put in stairs first, knowing that not all your commuters can use them? Surely it would have made more sense to install lifts first or at least put in a Stana? Making disabled commuters wait shows poor planing
