@wgmin_education As many above, i would love to know if support workers are going to get the same recognitiont for their hard work as teachers. I applaud recognising teachers, but as with the NHS its the ones at the top getting the recognition & those who do a lot of the work getting nothing 🤷🏻‍♀️

@ElizabethParke4 @DisabledTeachUK @Dandug02 @wgmin_education I'm a TA & studied for 5 years, just completed a Bsc (hons) degree, & in an ALN school, yes we do almost as much as teachers, as well as behaviour & emotional support & medical needs (teachers rely on us for that), we help teach, mark & level work but cheers for the support 👍
