@Theylovestorm_ One thing I appreciate about my BF is how we disagree. There’s no name calling, low blows, physical altercations. Straight accountability and adult conversations. It’s always us vs the problem instead of me vs him. 2024 will make 4 years we’ve been together 🫶🏼
When I wanted my life to change, I changed how I spoke. Who I spoke to. What I listened to. How I spent my time. Who I spent my time with.
Before that though, I had to declutter my mind and with that came a decluttering of my company and my pastimes.
I had to change my mind.
the only reason I’m not drowning in my sorrows right now is because I strongly believe that everything that’s happening is according to God’s Plan & im no longer getting in the way of that. I can’t pray, walk by faith but be worried at the same time.
Not everyone can go with you where you’re called to go.
God may remove people in your life, not even because they’re bad.. it’s because they’re not good.
If you know for a fact that you did absolutely nothing to someone and they pull away from you, it's God. Don't even question it. Every separation don't require a discussion.
No one talks about how hard it is to walk faithfully with God. There’s a lifetime of spiritual welfare, being tempted and losing friends throughout the journey. It’s not easy to be separated from the world but it’s WORTH it in the end 🤍
My mum always used to say keeping certain people at arms length will give you peace and I didn’t deep it till recently. Some people are just too draining to have them in your life full time.
Some of your blessings won’t find you until you part ways with people you know you should’ve parted ways with a long time ago. Stop giving them the benefit of the doubt. They are not about to change. Be brave enough to release the dead weight so you can access your next level.
