@British_Airways I thought your service couldn't get any worse, but apparently it does. Delayed for two hours because you told us you were loading our bags on the plane. We land in Heathrow to be told that was a lie, you didn't load any bags and no one has any luggage!! #fail
@British_Airways well done BA, systems down in JFK, queues for as far as the eye can see, 5 members of staff stood doing nothing and zero communication with customers! 2 hours queuing for bag drop and counting!! #customerservicefail

@kelaphillips@EE I feel your pain, they've been attempting to deliver my phone for nearly 2 weeks now and still haven't managed it, then they had the cheek to send me an Β£83 bill - my contract is only Β£33 and I still haven't received the phone!! #EEfail#Useless
