Hey @EE — my 19-year-old sister is studying alone in the USA. We suddenly lost contact with her on April 1st. Why? Because you removed her roaming bundle without warning. No message. No option to switch. Just silence. This isn’t just poor service — it’s dangerous. #EEFail

@EE Nope I tend to disagree, Moved to @VodafoneUK with 1 of our #EE contracts!Store quoted 1 price & then involved the retention team in fear of losing our custom. We have broadband & 2 mobile contracts with @EE to only be quoted more from the retention team! 🙄 #noloyalty #EEfail ❌

@kelaphillips @EE I feel your pain, they've been attempting to deliver my phone for nearly 2 weeks now and still haven't managed it, then they had the cheek to send me an £83 bill - my contract is only £33 and I still haven't received the phone!! #EEfail #Useless

@EE @EE SO that was rather surreal - Please see screen shot of the chat - P.S. Why whenever I communicate with your automated systems do they ask for my full name and telephone number - and then as soon as we are directly in contact - you immediately ask for it again?

#EE #EEfail #everythingEverywhere check your contract. They charged me 4 years of insurance I never took out. Now refuse to even speak about it #ombudsmen
