@Sephora delayed shipping for over a week, customer service canβt do anything, said I can either reorder and get charged again or go to the store. Awful customer service. Why bother being a VIB Rouge?
I think itβs time to stop flying @SouthwestAir after all their nine sense today... didnβt announce boarding, didnβt have a crew for our flight, held us on plane for 1.5 hours to let extra crew members get on.... ridiculous.
This is how @FedEx leaves packages "at my front door" according to their shipping tracking. Messaged them to discuss and never heard back. Not only is there delivery service poor but so is their customer service.
@delta no need. Just wanted you to be aware how disappointing your service is compared to other airlines. Too bad @southwest doesnβt fly to Guadalajara.
@Delta please explain to me why you would change our flight without an email and then put us on a flight that gets to the second airport after the connecting flight departs? Makes no sense. Poor customer service. ππΌ

@Ticketmaster Iβm really disappointed in your site today. Had 4th row tickets to a show and the site prompted me to sign into my account to finish the order then came up with an error. Lost the tickets. ππΌ
