A reminder that life is a balancing act. One moment we are minding our own business and executing on our daily routine, and the next moment we are thrust into some unforeseen direction. I think the key to surviving (and growing from) these moments is having the resilience to go with the flow with a sense of calm that the universe will unfold as it should, even though it can feel unsettling at times. Being fully engaged while detached from outcomes is a somewhat paradoxical but powerful and liberating skill.
