This morning, Cipher released its Q4 and FY’25 business update and announced an official rebrand to Cipher Digital, reflecting $CIFR's strategic transition into a leading HPC data center development platform.

The Company also announced the following updates:

- Barber Lake and Black Pearl developments remain on schedule and on budget
- Divested 49% interests in the Alborz, Bear, and Chief JV sites and select mining equipment for ~$40 million in an all-stock transaction
- Reported Q4 2025 revenue of $60 million

It has been one of the highlights of my career to have had the opportunity to build and run the @TXblockchain_ Council over the past six years. As of today, I am starting a new role (the company name will be announced tomorrow). I will remain on the TBC Board of Directors and will be going to a company that most of you know well.

Also, I am thrilled to announce that Giovanni Capriglione has been selected by the board to serve as the TBC's new President. Giovanni was the first elected official I met with back in 2019 when I decided to found the TBC. He has carried hundreds of bills in the Texas legislature over the years including the Texas Strategic Bitcoin Reserve bill and many other pro-innovation technology, finance, and digital assets bills. His expertise on topics that matter deeply to our members will be invaluable. He will take the TBC to new heights and further cement Texas as the jurisdiction of choice for bitcoin, finance, digital assets, and data centers.

Additionally, Jessi Goostree, who architected enterprise blockchain strategies at Fidelity and helped launch groundbreaking crypto products, steps into the Executive Director role from her current role as COO of the TBC.
