@britishgas 1/2 been waiting for an engineer since Thursday. Was supposed to be coming Tuesday but then received a voicemail from someone we could hardly understand to say it has been cancelled and will now be Wednesday afternoon. My mother has no hot water or heating.

@Outlook Surely you can provide some sort of telephone service for this? I cannot use that service for 24hrs because I’ve tried twice. This account is my terminally ill fathers who cannot access his Apple ID reset because we cannot access his email. Is this really all that can be done?

@Outlook I’ve tried the account recover..... but as I have never had to reset the password before, I can’t enter and previously used passwords. I also can’t remember any email addresses that I’ve sent to so canny reset my password due to you not being able to verify me.
