This happened in Monroe County Florida.
Pay attention people because this is what flock cameras, a.k.a. license plate readers are being used for in some cases. Deputy Roman apparently had a thing for this girl so he used a flock camera to gather all her her personal information to pull her over after stalking her .
He had no reason to stop her. She wasn’t breaking any laws .. When he got to her window he said to her “I wish your boyfriend was in here so I could pull him out and give him a rough time”.

You can see by his interrogation he was caught red-handed. He was fired.

Under the agreement, he must complete 100 hours of community service, pay fines, continue therapy, and have no contact with the actress • . I’m not saying that all cops do this, but I am saying that it gives the corrupt ones more opportunity to do this if they want to. ..
