@bryngolleni This fire was started on purpose, so hopefully the repercussions don’t impact those homeowners further - the full force of the law should come down on the people who started 3 fires in the last two weeks at the fern hill site - @BBCNews start reporting it correctly - its arson

I find it absolutely mad/disturbing that I innocently forgot to pay the congestion charge and within a week received a fine of £80 - which I paid... to then receive another separate fine for the low emissions zone for another £80, without any reminders @TfL - @SadiqKhan morals?
