@emirates Help please. I was due to travel with you in March, and paid extra for seats. Due to the conflict, I wasn’t able to travel through Dubai, so Emirates moved me to another airline and are ignoring requests to refund what I paid for booking specific seats.

Went to watch Beauty & The Beast in York last night. @LeonCraig1 was unbelievably fantastic! The timing, and one liners/ innuendoes, which I’m sure weren’t scripted, made the show for us.

@Canary135 @LNER Hi Colin, Nobody said if it was or wasn’t a statutory requirement for the break. If it had, it would obviously make sense. The reason given was ‘he is entitled to a break and is taking it’.

I’m generally a fan of @LNER, but we’ve a train full of passengers waiting to leave London , and are told we should be setting off at around 40 minutes late as the driver is ‘entitled to a break’. He’s clearly taking it, regardless of the inconvenience to hundreds of passengers
