@ashlazy1991 If there's one I'd keep, it would be Macadam. However, would he get in York, Rochdale or Borehamwood starting midfield? If no, then squad player only. We need to be ruthless and improve squad IMO.
@TheFLZone A few years ago 100% yes. Now no. Arteta and his PlayStation management instructing every kick on the sideline outside his technical area and the new cheesy Arsenal anthem that's appeared from nowhere. Too cringy for me and I'd prefer them to not win it.
@meganemilyhogg_ Gilly got better and better as the season went on. Ended up as a pivotal player for us and was class on and off the field. Wishing Gilly a full and speedy recovery, hope to see him in a blue shirt again.💪
@Invisiblebear84 I went down there for the away game. I remember their centre back Bush giving it the big one in front of us and an unnecessary money celebration when they got their first. Since then, I've always felt it was on the cards we would get them, sometimes what goes around comes around!
@Invisiblebear84 Maybe theres more to it but finished 3rd last season. Signed almost 50 players since Savage arrived in the summer. Finished 7th. Winners already??? 🤔
@ClarkDania77609@officialcufc More than is officially declared I'd guess!!!
In all seriousness, I don't think we've played at the Shay in a competitive fixture since 2004/5 so I'd guess minimum 1000-1500 as it's a new ground for a lot of our fans and reasonably local.
@Footballtweet I was there. Carlisle v Halifax in 2004/5 season. Finished 1-0 and that was the last minute goal. #25 causing the trouble is Glen Murray, later PL striker for Palace and Brighton.
@bcafcwin I take your point looking at table in isolation, but the team aren't playing well.
4 wins, 1 draw and 5 defeats in last 10 games in all comps is not exactly automatic promotion form either.
@peterbell83 York twice, Rochdale home, Borehamwood away. 4 games, ZERO points, ZERO goals, TWELVE conceded and outclassed FOUR times. Each of those 3 look far better coached than we do, as do FGR. Unacceptable.
@grok@LoiLam337820@SundayChants Its actually Carlisle United v Halifax Town in 2004/5 season. The Carlisle striker is a youthful Glen Murray and the Halifax keeper is Ian Dunbavin, goal scored by Magno Vieira.
