@Plusnet hi, I have an activation date for tomorrow (09 May), but my new hub 2 router has not been delivered yet. I received a text asking for it to be plugged in by 08:00 tomorrow morning, but that will be quite difficult! Please advise.
@Tesco@PacmanAndRobin Wow! You wouldn't communicate that customers may be affected by a system issue. Utterly poor customer service. We get that problems occur, what we want is a company to address these directly rather than ask individual customers for individual DMs so that you can "look in to it"
@Tesco 15 minutes notification via email of a cancelled click and collect order is bad customer service. Looking at X it seems you knew of problems much earlier than 09:45 this morning. Now we can't reschedule for today or tomorrow.
Plus when I send a message from the app to report this, you send a reply saying contact the school for advice. This is not a school issue- this is your implementation that needs to be improved!
@ArborEdu why can't Arbor school accounts be linked, especially where the same email address is used for multiple schools? I can't switch schools without logging out and in of the app, and I need 1 URL saved per school! Very inconvenient and not user friendly at all.
@LloydsBank Why are all your debit cards green? I have a personal classic account & a joint platinum account. Under the old style the 2 cards were easy to tell apart due to colour. Now it seems I will have to carefully study the wording on the front to use the correct card

If you are not on a smart meter definitely read the meter more regularly to understand your actual usage, even daily
