@AlaskaAir Still waiting.this is ridiculous. I understand the window was a safety issue but we could have done with out sodas for the short flight. We shld have landed already. instead we are still sitting here. The window was fixed before our original departure time so we should have left

A memory filled family vacation is about to be ruined because @HawaiianAir forgot to rebook me on a cancelled flight from @AKL_Airport to @SeaTacAirport. Never mind that I am now missing work, I just need to get home!
@HawaiianAir your offer to rebook my flight for 4/28 or strand me in Los Angeles is unreasonable. Per your contract of carriage policy #85 you need to book me on alternate carrier ASAP. A 3 day delay is unreasonable and you need to get me back to Seattle today! Thank you.
