@AlaskaAir It would have been nice to have actual accurate information from your customer service on social media & an offer of a credit for having to sit on the plane at the gate for over 2.5 hours for the most ridiculous reason. Disappointed.
@AlaskaAir flight #2564 has been delayed an extra 1.5 hours. First because of a broken cockpit window and now we’ve been waiting for the correct catering cart for over an hour. This is ridiculous. I thought you were just voted #1. Get it together!
@AlaskaAir Still waiting.this is ridiculous. I understand the window was a safety issue but we could have done with out sodas for the short flight. We shld have landed already. instead we are still sitting here. The window was fixed before our original departure time so we should have left
@AlaskaAir Nope. It’s 5:10 and we’re still sitting at the gate with no update as to when we are taking off. Now they say they can’t find the catering carts for our flight. Not helpful. With a cranky toddler it’s even harder to be on a flight delayed for a stupid reason like this.
A memory filled family vacation is about to be ruined because @HawaiianAir forgot to rebook me on a cancelled flight from @AKL_Airport to @SeaTacAirport. Never mind that I am now missing work, I just need to get home!
