NEW: The “TEXAS” street mural in front of the University Co-op was covered by gravel early Thursday morning, and street markings on the portion of Guadalupe Street have not been updated. The mural, installed in May 2024, was identified among others by the State to be removed following a directive for city leaders to submit a plan by June 22 to remove all street art.
