Would you advocate for focusing on body comp until you hit race weight, or just until you’re ‘close’? If the latter is the case, how close in terms of body fat/ weight?

How is it different if you are already pretty lean but just need to reduce weight?

Congratulations to @mayes_middleton on securing the Republican nomination for Texas Attorney General. Texans deserve a chief legal officer who will enforce the law without hesitation, defend our Constitution, and stand up to federal overreach.
