@Physical_Prep @kgoodman1991 @Suffragentleman @SwipeWright @jordanbpeterson @SteveStuWill @GadSaad where someone who isn't recruiting changes the details to "Applicant 1, 2, 3" etc. These small changes can have beneficial knock on effects down the line as minorities will have more chances to gain experience in certain fields without unconscious racism affecting anything 2/2.

But there is research that suggests applicants that have a Muslim/African name are less like to get an interview, even with the exact same CV (just the name was changed). Perhaps having blind applications 1/2

But who has said this? As right now, it looks like you're in an echo chamber... of one person. Its the equivalent of creating a myth and then ranting about it.
