@Macys can cancel part of my order 10 hours after i place it but can't cancel the rest. agent on chat just says "nope not gonna help" and ends the conversation. macys can cancel whenever they want but i can't cancel more than 30m after, make it make sense.
@SingaporeAir You’re welcome for doing your staff’s job, after being told there’s no way to sit together and that others paid for their specific seats (we did too) I had them turn their monitor around and I got my family sitting together again.
FYI @SingaporeAir hates families, I booked business class and checked in with my preschooler in the seat next to me and now post checkin moved him to a seat by himself and they cannot move him back or give me an explanation as to why he was moved. Picked our seats months ago.
@SingaporeAir We booked specific business class seats months ago to make it simple to be responsible for our child travelers. to have it change with no explanation nor assistance is disappointing
@SingaporeAir On live chat in the last hour they told us it was an emergency (no reason specified), but would not assist me in rebooking my tickets so we can stay in the same row. with my new seats there is no way I can assist my young travelers without inconveniencing the whole section.
@RiotMikouz@SingaporeAir It’s the “we can’t tell you why” that pisses me off the most, you’d think buying multiple biz class seats across multiple flights you’d be a little bit more than some obscure faceless seat to move around.
