@bhuwanbhaskar@DGCAIndia@airindia Same complaint i raised a few days back. @airindia calls it preferred seat, but the point is that we just want any seat....dont offer me a seat which you call preferred. Air India owes me £200 so far!
@airindia Hi your response is contradictory. You said free seats are subject to availbility. Charges are for preferred seat only. What i said was that we didnt have any preference but online checkin only allocated seat which wss charged.
@airindia During online check-in for LHR–DEL and return, the only seat shown was charged (£14.5/ £22) and labelled “preferred”. There was no free seat option and check-in couldn’t be completed without payment. This wasn’t a preference — it was forced. Please clarify.
@VirginAtlantic hi have been trying to contacting with regards to missing points and membership login issues. Have tried everything else. Issue still persist. Contacting via chat keeps me waiting for adviser but no one comes. How i can speak to someone?
@TfL kindly advise...I travelled to london congestion zone on Saturday 17 May, parked the car in car park by 12pm and only took out 6pm. Do I have to pay the congestion charge? Thanks.
@shivanibazaz@airindia Hi @airindia wont do much. I never got my refund bank inspite of so much follow up, its nearly 5 years. Its useless to expect anything from them.
@fnp_ind worst ever priducts received. All products stale, expired, unsealed, unhygienic. Its not difficult to provide goid products anywhere in world these days...so never trust this company.
@airindia Hi have responded and provided details. The refund request was raised on 6th Oct 2019. The hopeless ever response i get is that refund request should be raised within 2 years so ticket validity is expired. Why on earth even you responded to help??
@airindia@sharmileenyc Hi 4 years back, due to family emergency, i wanted return changed. Holding phone for more than 1 hour never got hold of customer service. Ultimately those tickets were cancelled and refund requested. Never have i got a refund so far. Even complained but nothing happened.
