@easyJet delayed at Valencia. The app says refreshments vouchers give by your ground staff. Where are they. The other side of passport control it seems.!!!! Please provide. There are woman and children and lots of miserable men here. 🙃
@easyJet No you didn’t help @easyJet in the end we lost two flights due to no reply. As a plus card and priority club member I think it’s shocking how you treat my family members and flights booked through my account. Always now looking at any alternative to Easyjet where possible.

@easyJet Been holding on the phone to your so called priority clients line for nearly an hour, vouchers that don't work, being passed from pillar to post, Is this what happens when you try and support an airline and take vouchers instead of refunds...... #nocustomerservice :(
