@Rogers refuses to fix my phone even though I’m paying for their insurance. @apple says I don’t have coverage, @rogers says I do. I’ve been back and forth between the for TWO MONTHS and my phone is still broken. They’re still happily charging me for insurance though.

@WavesAudioLtd Waves Central can't connect to your servers and I can't move my licenses to my studio computer. Sometimes it says "Moving licenses 100%" but I can't see them in the cloud. Is there an offline way to move them? I'm on a deadline and need to work on a mix ASAP.

@mediatemple Over the past few days there have been a lot of outages on my MediaTemple Grid website but the MT downtime monitor says 100% uptime while other tools like Jetpack show the actual downtime. How do you account for these differences?
