My friends, the cats and dogs of Gaza are starving! 😿💔Where the people of Gaza have been forgotten, the animals have fallen even further from people's minds, and there is no help for them out here, other than a few kind people who remember them and go out of their way. 🥺Unfortunately, I am sad to tell you that I only received $4 towards the cats recently. A single tin of food for the animals is double this, my friends, and I feel so helpless to see them look so sad and hungry.😢 I hate to see my daughter Maria cry because we can't go out to feed them, and she asked me yesterday if she could give her meal for the cats outside instead because she didn't want them to be hungry🫂🥺. I felt a lot of pride and a lot of sadness when she said this, my friends. Please help us buy some food for the poor animals if you can, and please help me so I can give my family healthy foods and a normal life. 🙏🆘️Things here are still very difficult, I'm sorry to say. We are struggling to protect two lives at once: our families and the cats who depend on us. Food prices remain painfully high, and each day it becomes harder to secure even basic necessities. The cold is intensifying, and what little shelter we have offers no real protection. Damaged homes and fragile tents cannot keep out the cold or provide safety.
We have lost our income and nearly everything we owned. Even when support reaches us, cash brokers take significant cuts, leaving us with far less than intended. Still, we continue, carefully dividing what remains between our families and the animals in our care.
We hear that aid is entering Gaza, yet very little reaches us. Food, heating supplies, and essentials rarely arrive where the need is most urgent.
We are asking for help because there are no options left. Any contribution helps provide food, warmth, and continued care for these lives. Sharing this message also helps keep us visible when so many are being overlooked.
