@SkinSpotlights its a windows 10 issue. if you have two monitor with different refresh rates. you will use the lower refresh rate one. this is a known windows 10 bug and they can't fix this.

DX11 vs DX9, borderless windowed mode, its so annoying fps gets decimated and its all because I got a second monitor with some content on it and it limits my main monitor refresh down to it.

@Vandiril Small indie company.. just prevent spells casting to exact localplayer position.. this will fix and wont effect gameplay.. because no legit player can't cast spell to exact localplayer position. ;)
