@Uber_Support @uber An Uber driver cancelled the job after messing with his phone whilst I was in the car. Uber blamed me for it and dumped an autistic female on the side of the road. It has done nothing and has charged me a cancellation fee. Be disability-compliant Uber.

@Uber_Support no drivers available in my area for 10 mins. I get cancellation message saying no uberX Fare goes to double and a of a sudden 8 drivers available. Uber can you explain?

@Uber_Support I am shocked today how you said there was no drivers available and the Job request cancels and says no Uber X. I have to redo the request and at the double the standard fare, there are drivers now available licences in Nottingham driving in Manchester.
