The Bar Council’s new guidance on the use of AI contains this very important warning that many may not know.
If you input sensitive/personal/privileged info into the system, it WILL retain that information and it WILL constitute a breach of one of your most fundamental duties:
@_lunaceleste__@RealWindows95 The flags are my nationalities, not support for crimes.
Why did you block me for being Jewish? Do you hate all Jewish people, or just ones who mildly disagree?
Why did you focus on and target the Israeli in my bio and not, say, the British one? Britain commits horrible crimes.
After disgracing her office as Attorney General and twice disgracing her office as Home Secretary, the Bar Standards Board should now consider whether Suella Braverman’s hateful, divisive rhetoric and record of undermining the rule of law is compatible with membership of the Bar.
the vile abuse and hatred directed towards people involved in the incident, especially when the whole story is simply unknowable at this point.
It is especially disturbing to see some of the leaps in conclusions some members of the bar are making.

@InsaneNoire I've seen a few, yeah. All American funnily enough. As though British law has any bearing on them lmao.
I'll say what I always say. It's weird but if you have the self control to keep it to yourself I trust you not to cause harm. It's the loud creeps who worry me, pro or anti.
Seeing a lot of confusion over this part from people.
"Prohibited images of children" explicitly does NOT refer to pornography involving real children. Pornography involving real children in UK law is called "Indecent".
Prohibited means things like, well, Simpsons porn.
BREAKING: Graham Moon, 23 of Grindon Lane, a student at the University of Sunderland, has been convicted of possessing indecent images in the form of Bart Simpson being sexually abused by his mother Marge. He has been sentenced to a community order, and will not be placed on the sex offenders register.
@princessjack Yeah, it will be because it was in the Mags, it's "Prohibited" as opposed to "Indecent" and its being reported as a 3 year max which is the max in S62(1) CJA 2009.
@nbspacegem @StopTweetingMia It was just cartoons to be clear.

By the way if you're wondering why this account has been rather inactive lately, I'm on a short break over the summer continuing an earlier hiatus from the start of the year. Won't be starting up study etc until around October time from my understanding.
