@lloyd_rm @BrightonHoveCC We were moved to this flat after having recurring mould issues for years in our prev council flat and then being harassed by our neighbour to the point of police involvement. This is the reality of council housing. The gen public think we get a lovely free ride. Reality is awful.

Council flat life. Wet room leaking to downstairs neighbours. About 6 months later finally council here to repair. Find waterlogged mouldy MDF behind the tiles. @BrightonHoveCC's solution? Tile it over, again, in which case it will still be leaking and unfit for purpose 👍genius.

@lloyd_rm @BrightonHoveCC My partner has a mould allergy, asthma and is on immunosuppressant medication, yet we are forced to live with known mould, bowing walls and walls that have be completely unfit for purpose. The hours of labour required constantly chasing up the council to take action is exhausting

Ahhh feeling so lovely after trans pride today. So lovely seeing my kid joining in with chants and being so excited when people waved at them. Our friend's kid joined us too and just seeing him throw himself into it to celebrate his trans friends & family was just gorgeous 💞
