🚨 IVERMECTIN + MEBENDAZOLE CANCER STUDY: THE 84.4% NUMBER HAS A BIG CATCH

A creator says they're willing to admit they were wrong about Ivermectin and cancer, then takes a closer look at the new study that reported an 84.4% Clinical Benefit Ratio.

At first glance, the result sounds remarkable. But once you look at how the study was conducted, the picture becomes much more complicated.

🔬 WHAT THE STUDY ACTUALLY DID

Researchers followed 197 adults with cancer who were prescribed Ivermectin + Mebendazole off-label through a U.S. telemedicine platform. At six months, only 122 participants, or 61.9%, completed follow-up.

The reported outcomes among those followed included:

· 84.4% Clinical Benefit Ratio
· 32.8% reported no evidence of disease
· 15.6% reported regression
· 36.1% reported stable disease
· 15.6% reported progression
· 25.4% reported side effects, predominantly mild and gastrointestinal

But these were self-reported outcomes, and participants were also receiving conventional treatments such as chemotherapy, radiation, and surgery. There was no control group, making it impossible to determine how much of the reported outcome was attributable to Ivermectin + Mebendazole.

⚠️ THEN THE JOURNAL RAISED CONCERNS

The study was explicitly described by its authors as hypothesis-generating, not proof of efficacy.

More importantly, Anticancer Research issued an official Expression of Concern regarding the paper, citing questions about the verifiability and statistical reliability of the underlying data and ethical oversight.

The journal initiated a post-publication audit examining source-verified clinical records, documentation of tumor regression, and IRB approval or exemption.

A September 2026 update confirms that the Expression of Concern remains part of the publication record while the journal's review process continues.

So the 84.4% figure is real as a reported study result, but it should not be interpreted as an 84.4% cancer-treatment success rate.

The study has certainly generated a new wave of interest in Ivermectin, Mebendazole, and cancer drug repurposing.

Now the critical question is whether those observations can be independently verified and reproduced in properly controlled clinical trials.
