@O2 I have already contacted O2 business only to be told that I cannot (at any cost) have a simple satellite bolt-on which is availbe for £3 to personal customers and I cannot convert to a personal account. My question to you is why are business customers discriminated against?

@O2 I have been a business customer for over 25 years. Delighted to see the adverts for O2 satellite given that I have no network coverage for half of my time. Shocked when phoned to order the bolt on and told its for personal customers only. Do you not value business customers?

Incidentally to add insult to injury I enquired about changing to a personal account and was told that I am in contract for 6 more months and would be penalised!

@easyJet Twice recently flown easyjet and booked the offered "easyJet car hire". I need vat invoices. You have refused and directed me to greenmotion and cartrawler who both refused. Trading standards say my contract is with EasyJet. HMRC say its law to provide invoice - sort it
