@FedExHelp - My package was not delivered to me on Monday. I immediately reported the missing package, resulting in case C-185432802. I called this morning for help and learned the case is closed. Atrocious customer service so far.

@Airbnb @AirbnbHelp How is it that “customer support” doesn’t have the ability to help us correct the address on your platform when it was your platform that caused the incorrect address to be associated with our listing? Customer support may as well have told us to pound sand

@AirbnbHelp Placed an urgent customer support request on 9/12/20. Have made six phone calls to support team with no resolution. Now have guests staying in my home without a reservation, a liability for us and @AirBnB. #naturaldisaster #disastrouscustomersupport #AirBnBdoesnotcare
