@PamParker7 @afrosabi 🐔Here’s another variation. Chop up leftover chicken, add a small handful of toasted nuts of your choice, a big handful of chopped fruit (apples are my favorite), a small handful of chopped celery if you have it, and enough mayo to bind it (I’m a Dukes fan). Salt and pepper.
