I calculated the total amount of NESO received from bosses before and after the update. Here are the results 👇

Daily Bosses Total
Before - 1,972,771,919
After - 692,513,582
Result: -1,280,258,337 NESO or 64.90% reduction

Weekly Bosses Total
Before - 4,817,097,270
After - 7,657,816,199
Result: 2,840,718,929 NESO or 58.97% increase

Daily + Weekly Bosses 7-Day Total
Before - 18,626,500,703 (13,809,403,433 daily + 4,817,097,270 weekly)
After - 12,505,411,273 (4,847,595,074 daily + 7,657,816,199 weekly)
Result: -6,121,089,430 NESO or 32.86% reduction

Honestly, these results are really disappointing. Yes @MaplestoryU increased the total weekly boss pool, but overall they reduced the entire NESO boss pool by almost 33% 🙁

I also find it strange how many of the easier difficulty bosses give more NESO compared to harder ones.

From the director's note:
"Our goal was to ensure that the effort invested in growth naturally leads to challenging higher-difficulty content, both in terms of gameplay experience and rewards."

If the goal of these changes were to better reward higher difficulty bosses, then this current distribution makes absolutely no sense.

Here are my suggestions:
✦ Please add the total 7-Day NESO reduced from daily bosses to the weekly boss pool.
- Only 2,840,718,929 out of 8,961,808,359 was added. 6,121,089,430 NESO is missing.

✦ Please adjust the rewards so more NESO is distributed to higher difficulty bosses instead of easier ones.

I sincerely hope @MaplestoryU addresses these concerns. I only wish the best for the game and hope to see it's continued improvement.
